Swapped.com is growing fast and we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team!

This is a hands-on design and content role, focused on creating high-quality visual assets for social media, paid ads, emails, and more. You’ll also work closely with our CMO on creative strategy, tone of voice, and brand guidelines - helping shape how Swapped.com looks and feels across all channels.

You’ll own the full process: from concept and design to scheduling and publishing — with real ownership and space to make your mark.

💡 What you’ll be doing

  • Design and publish visual content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
  • Create visuals and concepts for paid ads (Meta, Google, display)
  • Design and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promos, product updates)
  • Collaborate with the CMO to define communication strategy and creative direction
  • Help shape and maintain brand consistency across channels

💰 What we offer

  • Salary: €3,000–€4,500/month based on skills and experience
  • Performance bonus: 1–2 months’ salary every December

👀 What we’re looking for

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio to prove it
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Experience with content creation for social media and email marketing
  • An eye for layout, typography, and brand tone
  • Strong communication skills and fluent written English
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Bonus: Experience in crypto, fintech, or performance marketing

🎯 Task: Mini Assignment (Required)

Create 1x Instagram post or paid ad to promote Swapped.com.

Deliverables:

  • Format: 1080x1080px
  • Choose a message (e.g. “Buy Crypto Instantly” or “Pay with Local Methods”)
  • Upload your design
  • Write a short caption (max 250 characters)
