About the Role:

Currently, we are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to join a fast-growing product company based in the USA. Your main responsibility will be refreshing and updating the company’s product template library by creating engaging, eye-catching, and modern designs for a variety of digital and print projects. You will also have occasional involvement in internal marketing design tasks. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative design team (all based in Ukraine).
You might be a perfect fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
- Can showcase a strong and relevant portfolio of work.
- Are confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator; occasional use of InDesign).
- Have experience using AI tools for generating static content.
- Bring a creative mindset and possess a sharp eye for detail.
- Are capable of working independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
- Understand the principles of composition, typography, and have a strong sense of color and style.
- Are proactive and self-organized, able to ask the right questions and clarify details when necessary.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, knowing how to listen, express ideas, and find compromises when needed.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with the U.S. market.
- Skills in animation or video editing.
- Experience designing web-based layouts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating ideas and designing visuals to refresh existing product templates across both digital and print formats. This includes Instagram stories, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, book covers, infographics, presentations, and more, primarily for industries like education, real estate, and healthcare (targeting the U.S. market).
- Adapting and optimizing templates to ensure usability and effectiveness, even for users without design backgrounds.
- Creating marketing visuals for internal brand communications and campaigns.
- Designing content that is visually striking and tells a story, conveying meaning, emotion, and product value through visuals.
- Collaborating closely with the lead designer, project manager, and other team members.
- Utilizing AI tools to generate graphics and enhance the quality of visual content.
- Staying on top of your tasks by meeting deadlines, being accountable, and confidently managing your own projects.
Time Zone & Collaboration:
This role requires collaboration with a U.S.-based team, meaning some interactions will occur in the second half of the day (6–9 PM UA time). Flexibility to align with American time zones for key meetings and necessary feedback sessions is expected. The work schedule can be agreed upon.
