Tasks

You will be responsible for designing ad creatives, landing pages, and visual assets that drive performance. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Designing high-converting landing pages in Figma and Replo

  • Creating ad creatives optimized for Meta, Google, and TikTok

  • Building visual assets for email marketing, paid social, and web

  • Iterating on visual concepts based on data and performance feedback

  • Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and video editors to align creative direction

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing or eCommerce design

  • Excellent skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and optionally Replo

  • Strong understanding of conversion psychology and direct response design

  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independently while following clear performance KPIs

  • Bonus: experience with motion design or After Effects
