Objective of the Role

Craft clear, compelling, and on-brand copy that drives engagement, conversion, and user understanding across Spin's marketing touchpoints. This role is crucial for bringing Spin's brand voice to life, ensuring every message resonates with our audience and effectively communicates value, ultimately supporting our growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities

**Develop engaging and effective copy for various marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on CRM communications.****Produce high-quality written content for other marketing initiatives as needed, including social media, web, and in-app communications.****Implement the correct brand tone of voice across all written materials, adapting style and messaging to suit different channels and audiences.****Create attractive and persuasive copy designed to meet specific objectives, such as driving conversion, increasing engagement, or educating users.****Collaborate closely with designers, product marketers, and other team members within the Creative Hub and broader Marketing department to ensure copy aligns seamlessly with visual assets and overall campaign strategy.****Receive and interpret creative briefs, translating strategic goals into clear, impactful, and on-brand messages.****Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and contributes to a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.**Iterate and optimize copy based on performance data and feedback, continuously improving message effectiveness.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • +3 years of experience as a Copywriter in a marketing or creative agency setting, ideally within a B2C tech or fintech company.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling, results-driven copy for various channels, including email (CRM), social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and tone guidelines, with the skill to adapt them for different objectives and audiences.
  • Experience in writing for conversion and engagement, translating complex concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Excellent command of [Primary Language, e.g., Spanish], with strong grammar, spelling, and stylistic skills.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work effectively with designers, product marketing managers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback to refine and improve copy.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment is a plus.
