Web Designer (Graphics + Figama + Elementor / CMS Specialist)

I’m helping FLARE WEB DEVELOPMENT find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Web Designer (Graphics + Figama + Elementor / CMS Specialist).

You'll design websites with Elementor and other CMS tools, creating visuals that align with business goals and strategy.

Compensation:

USD 400 - 800/month.

Location:

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You are proficient in 3D computer graphics, AI-generated visuals, CMS (Customs management system), and content management systems.
• English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:

• Design and build websites using Elementor and other CMS platforms + Figma.
• Create website graphics/assets, including custom icons, 3D graphics, and AI-generated visuals etc.
• Use research, feedback, and strategy to design with business goals in mind.
• Stay ahead of design and tech trends to streamline workflows and improve output.

Requirements:

• Strong design sense with a solid portfolio.
• Highly creative and strategic thinker.
• Able to do research and design based on business objectives.
• Be able to create custom design website assets.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Available to work in EST time zone.
• Looking for someone who understands business, takes initiative, and brings ideas to life through compelling visuals.
