Role purpose
This is an exciting time to join our Ireland team as we have ambitious plans to expand our presence and grow the community of small businesses we support.
The purpose of this role is to build, grow, and manage our growing community of small businesses in Ireland. The Community Marketing Manager will ensure members are engaging with the Enterprise Nation Platform and that it delivers relevant content, events, and resources.
Reporting to the Ireland Country Manager, you will be passionate about supporting small businesses, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in community management or a similar role.
Main responsibilities
Marketing
- Managing social media pages, scheduling updates and engaging with users
- Producing and sending email marketing campaigns
- Carrying out quality assurance, for example, monitoring web pages and email campaigns
- Producing and distributing marketing packs
- Working on new tactics designed to further the reach of the Enterprise Nation brand and business support programmes
- Marketing Enterprise Nation’s online and physical events in Ireland
- Working with Enterprise Nation’s content team to ensure relevant, engaging and topical content is created for our community of small businesses in Ireland
Community
- Resolving queries in the central inbox to make sure we are supporting our community at every stage
- Managing the customer database (Microsoft Dynamics) and analysing engagement trends and data to improve retention and guide community strategies
- Partnering with platform, content and programmes teams to improve processes, and sharing insights to drive improvements and champion the needs of our users
Events
- Supporting Enterprise Nation’s programme team and the Ireland Country Manager with planning and delivery of in-person events for small businesses in Ireland
About you
Must Have
- Proven experience in a community management role or similar customer-facing role, ideally in an online platform environment
- Experience with email and social media marketing
- A track record of delivering on KPIs and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent task and time management skills to effectively address the needs of both members and partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to engage a variety of audiences
- Creative problem-solver; able to devise innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
- Experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Familiarity with social media planning and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or similar
- Background in data analysis and tracking engagement metrics
- Experience with in-person event planning and delivery
We offer
- Salary band of €40,000 - €45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
