Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Communications and Email Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. A Marketing Manager will lead our marketing initiatives, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, and drive the success of our marketing campaigns with a significant focus on email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing management, campaign optimization, tool selection, and client relations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles (incl. email marketing), with 1+ years of experience in managerial positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A track record of successful strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in leading at least one subordinate.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, understanding of management, and use of CRM.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, campaign optimization, and digital marketing.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with external clients and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of all communications campaign plans, encompassing tasks such as template building, HTML coding, asset coordination, quality assurance (QA), and scheduling, ensuring they are practical and align with overall marketing goals.
- Oversee the technical aspects of email marketing, including configuration and warm-up process for cold outreaches.
- Conduct thorough render testing across various devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure optimal rendering for the majority of the CRM.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of email automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build target audiences, buyer personas, and segments for each message to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain email lists to ensure data hygiene and accuracy.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, conversions, etc.
- Analyze data to extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Devise and execute strategies to optimize marketing campaigns for better performance and engagement.
- Oversee the conduct of A/B testing and analyze results to improve future campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, improve existing ones, and propose appropriate channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including the marketing specialist and email marketing specialist.
- Provide guidance, set goals, and monitor performance to ensure the team’s success.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with external clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies tailored to external clients’ projects.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with their goals.
- Develop innovative and creative marketing campaigns to engage and convert target audiences.
- Encourage and foster a creative environment within the marketing team.
- Stay updated on creative trends and new marketing approaches to keep campaigns fresh and compelling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Incorporate new ideas and best practices into marketing strategies and plans.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively by allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Actively seek new ways to enhance overall email marketing programs through the adoption of new technology, tools, trends, and best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in email marketing, continuously researching and evaluating new technologies and methodologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
