Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Generate potential leads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Measures the success of converting leads into scheduled meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Tracks the percentage of qualified leads that progress to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
