About The Role
Join our team as a Business Development Executive where you’ll help individuals find the right franchise opportunity and guide them through the decision-making process. You’ll speak directly with aspiring entrepreneurs—mostly in Arabic and English—and close deals that change lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle sales pipeline: from first contact to final close
- Run persuasive virtual meetings and provide strategic consults
- Identify opportunities and tailor offerings based on prospect needs
- Track performance, forecast results, and manage your CRM like a pro
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve outreach efforts
What You Need
- 2–3+ years in sales with closing responsibility
- Proven track record of converting high-intent leads
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Independent, resourceful, and focused on results
- Experience in franchising, health services, or consulting is a plus
