- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external brand/design agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate and manage all design requests, prioritizing tasks, assigning work, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Design and produce visual assets as needed, including:
** Social media graphics.
** Presentations.
** Email templates.
** Digital ads.
- Lead the creative direction and design execution for marketing campaigns, ensuring visuals align with brand goals and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — digital, print, packaging, and web — maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into high-impact visual concepts.
- Oversee and update website design elements, working closely with developers or agencies to implement changes.
- Review and approve internal and external creative work, ensuring it meets quality standards and brand requirements.
- Maintain, enforce, and evolve brand guidelines, including visual identity, voice, and tone documentation.
- Create and manage branded templates (e.g., for social media, pitch decks, newsletters) to streamline team efficiency.
- Support product launches and promotional events with creative design solutions and campaign visuals.
- Stay up to date with design, branding, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Designer & Brand Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (4 hours/day), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
- You will play a key role in managing our brand’s visual identity, coordinating with creative partners, and ensuring consistent, high-quality design across all channels.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand consulting, or design.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design and branding work (please include with your application).
* Proficient English (Advanced level, both written and verbal).
* Availability to work within EST time zone hours.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
