About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Brand Communications Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of Li'l Sprouts. This pivotal role is perfect for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who can weave our brand story across every touchpoint – from captivating digital campaigns powered by AI to empathetic customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Brand Storytelling & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand communications strategy across all digital and offline mediums, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.

  • Craft compelling narratives that articulate Li'l Sprouts' unique value proposition, commitment to natural ingredients, and dedication to Indian babies' nutritional needs, spanning website content, blogs, and PR.

  • Oversee the creation of all brand assets, including website copy, product descriptions, marketing collateral, and PR materials.

  • Digital Marketing Leadership:

  • Drive our comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including strategy, execution, and optimization for social media (organic & paid), performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM), and influencer campaigns.

  • Deeply understand the nuances of each channel (Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to tailor content and engagement strategies for maximum impact and conversion.

  • Implement data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Content & Campaign Management:

  • Lead the content calendar planning, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content, including blogs, social media posts, and ad copy.

  • Hands-on execution using AI tools for content generation (e.g., crafting ad copy, blog outlines, social captions), creative ideation, and efficiency gains across all digital marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand engagement and growth.

  • Customer Experience & Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring prompt, empathetic, and on-brand responses.

  • Transform customer interactions into opportunities for brand building and loyalty, gathering insights to continuously improve our products and services.

  • Develop FAQs and self-help resources to empower customers and reduce common queries.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all brand communications, digital marketing campaigns, and customer support metrics.

  • Use insights to refine strategies, optimize spend, and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of progressive experience in brand communications, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG startup environment.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinker: Proven ability to develop impactful brand strategies and translate them into compelling, creative campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO/SEM strategies, and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and comfort with hands-on execution using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and marketing analysis.
  • Channel Optimization Expert: Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage specific platforms (website UX, Instagram engagement, LinkedIn professional branding, YouTube video strategy) to drive desired outcomes and conversions.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred), with a keen eye for detail and an empathetic tone, crucial for both brand messaging and customer support.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for understanding and serving customers, with experience in managing customer support interactions.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficient in using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, willing to roll up sleeves and drive initiatives independently.
  • Brand Steward: A strong sense of ownership for brand integrity and reputation.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience in the baby care, health, or nutrition industry. Familiarity with PR and media relations.
