About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Brand Communications Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of Li'l Sprouts. This pivotal role is perfect for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who can weave our brand story across every touchpoint – from captivating digital campaigns powered by AI to empathetic customer interactions. Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Strategy:
Develop and execute a cohesive brand communications strategy across all digital and offline mediums, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
Craft compelling narratives that articulate Li'l Sprouts' unique value proposition, commitment to natural ingredients, and dedication to Indian babies' nutritional needs, spanning website content, blogs, and PR.
Oversee the creation of all brand assets, including website copy, product descriptions, marketing collateral, and PR materials.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
Drive our comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including strategy, execution, and optimization for social media (organic & paid), performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM), and influencer campaigns.
Deeply understand the nuances of each channel (Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to tailor content and engagement strategies for maximum impact and conversion.
Implement data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Content & Campaign Management:
Lead the content calendar planning, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content, including blogs, social media posts, and ad copy.
Hands-on execution using AI tools for content generation (e.g., crafting ad copy, blog outlines, social captions), creative ideation, and efficiency gains across all digital marketing activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand engagement and growth.
Customer Experience & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring prompt, empathetic, and on-brand responses.
Transform customer interactions into opportunities for brand building and loyalty, gathering insights to continuously improve our products and services.
Develop FAQs and self-help resources to empower customers and reduce common queries.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all brand communications, digital marketing campaigns, and customer support metrics.
Use insights to refine strategies, optimize spend, and demonstrate ROI.
