We’re hiring a Brand & Marketing Designer to elevate how VRIFY shows up across every campaign, channel, and conversation. Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll be the hands-on force behind creative that commands attention and builds trust: from LinkedIn thought leadership content and ABM visuals to landing pages and sales collateral.

This isn’t a brand-police role. It’s a builder role. You’ll create a bold, credible design system and sales & marketing assets that help VRIFY win the category of AI-assisted mineral discovery. You’ll be translating one of the world’s most complex technical frontiers, where AI meets geoscience, into creative that’s as impactful as it is effective.

Key Responsibilities

Create category-defining marketing creative

  • Own design for LinkedIn thought leadership content, ABM creative, landing pages, investor and sales decks, and event assets, with a focus on driving engagement and motivating action at every stage of the funnel.
  • Craft visual narratives, across mediums including video, that spark curiosity establish credibility and compel action across every touchpoint.

Maintain and evolve our brand system

  • Expand VRIFY’s visual identity across digital and physical formats.
  • Build scalable templates and systems that unlock speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Operationalize brand consistency using AI-powered design tools and automation to boost team velocity while reducing creative variance across assets.
  • Preference for candidates with hands-on experience implementing or experimenting with AI-based design tools (e.g. generative asset creation, automation in Figma).

Translate complexity into clarity

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Geoscience, and AI engineers to visualize sophisticated ideas with confidence and simplicity.
  • Turn “black-box” AI into credible, beautiful stories our audiences can rally behind.

Partner across GTM

  • Support Sales, Customer Marketing, Events, and RevOps with on-brand enablement materials and templates.
  • Embed creative thinking into our ABM, launch, and community strategies.

Stay scrappy and smart

  • Design with an understanding of performance, iteration, and speed. Know when good is good enough, and when it needs to be great.
  • Bring a growth mindset: test, learn, scale.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–6 years in brand or marketing design (preferably B2B SaaS or frontier tech).
  • Proven portfolio across campaign creative, digital content, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with video editing to create short and long-form content.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Expert-level in Figma and similar tools. Familiarity with Canva and Google Suite, including Google Slides.
  • Strong command of layout, typography, motion, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects from ideation to completion across multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and proactive with an understanding of project management.
  • Bonus: familiarity with geoscience, AI, or resource sectors, or a curiosity to learn fast.
  • Bonus: experience building scalable design systems.
