About The Role

As our Head of Marketing, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, driving growth, and strengthening our brand presence across online and offline channels.

What would you do?

  • Create, automate, and maintain key company reports to support decision-making across all areas.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards used by the CEO and executive team.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve the company’s analytical layer, ensuring data consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the data team to enhance data pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and documentation.
  • Build new automated reports and tools as business needs evolve.
  • Proactively identify business risks or opportunities based on data and escalate them when necessary.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including data normalization and quality control.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • +3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, start-up and/or fast paced environment, tech and/or fintech sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science.
  • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide technical solution recommendations.
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases; Knowledge in cloud, ETLs & data warehouses.
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities: ability to undertake research, analyze data, and apply results in problem solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.), and experience in manipulating large data sets in a database.
  • Quantitative skills: ability to utilize numeric data and metrics to back up assumptions.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Communications skills with good verbal and written skills to effectively work with teams from all levels of the organization, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Interpersonal skills: must feel comfortable working under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced and changing environment that often requires fast turn‐around.

Additionally, We'd Love It If You Have

  • Background in statistics methodology and experience with statistical software such as R or similar;
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • Commitment to the organization's mission, values, and guiding principles.
