Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Back End Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for PHP, Node.js, and Magento-based applications.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Optimize application performance and deployment workflows for backend systems.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable).
  • Maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (or similar orchestration tools).
  • Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of server-side applications and APIs.
  • Set up logging, alerting, and monitoring tools to proactively address performance and uptime issues.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to deploy new services, improve system design, and resolve issues in staging and production environments.
  • Handle configuration management, release management, and version control across environments.
  • Assist with Magento server optimization, caching strategies, and integration with 3rd-party services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, preferably with backend systems built using PHP, Node.js, and Magento.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Proficiency in Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar for automation tasks.
  • Solid understanding of backend performance tuning and caching techniques (e.g., Redis, Varnish, OpCache).
  • Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, or other backend databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and release versioning.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with developers and QA teams.
