About The Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Reporting Product Team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining a core product feature that allows users to create custom, real-time reports with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface branded to their firm’s specifications.
You will work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality software that delivers a superior user experience and scalable backend solutions. While our tech stack primarily includes Java backend and Ember frontend, we welcome candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Partner with designers and product owners to design and deliver key platform features.
- Develop pragmatic and scalable solutions for complex problems.
- Contribute actively to a dynamic and inclusive engineering culture.
- Advocate for best practices, standard methodologies, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java and at least one Java application framework.
- Collaborative mindset focused on building feature-rich user experiences.
- Experience with Ember, finance-related applications, or public cloud environments is a plus.
