As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.

Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview

The AVP Marketing (Brand & Marketing Strategy) is a dynamic and visionary leader responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s brand, voice, and market presence. Overseeing a multidisciplinary team across Brand, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Competitive Intelligence, this role is instrumental in crafting a bold, consistent narrative that connects with customers, energizes employees, and elevates the company in a competitive landscape.

This role reports to the VP, Sales Strategy & Enablement and works as a core member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team, serving as a trusted partner to Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders. The AVP will ensure that the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies not only support business goals but inspire action across all audiences—internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Corporate Messaging

  • Define and evolve a distinctive, resonant brand strategy that positions the company as a market leader.
  • Champion a unified voice, look, and feel across all touchpoints—from digital channels to live experiences.
  • Lead the development of a compelling corporate narrative that tells our story with clarity and creativity.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure brand integrity in all communications, campaigns, and content.

Creative Leadership

  • Inspire the creation of high-impact, emotionally engaging campaigns that build awareness, spark engagement, and drive growth.
  • Oversee the Creative Services function, ensuring the delivery of on-brand, visually powerful assets across print, video, digital, and event experiences.
  • Infuse innovative thinking into marketing execution—pushing boundaries on format, storytelling, and activation.

Strategic Marketing Execution

  • Align marketing efforts tightly with sales strategy and company objectives to maximize impact.
  • Integrate Product, Field, and Corporate Marketing initiatives into cohesive, brand-forward campaigns.
  • Establish KPIs and use performance analytics to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.

Product & Field Marketing

  • Guide product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate customer value and market differentiation.
  • Enable field teams through localized marketing strategies, tools, and campaigns that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales to create a unified GTM engine.

Events & Experiences

  • Design and lead an event strategy that showcases brand excellence and deepens customer and partner relationships.
  • Ensure experiences—virtual and in-person—are immersive, engaging, and strategically aligned with marketing goals.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning

  • Drive a culture of market awareness, equipping the organization with insights to inform messaging, positioning, and GTM planning.
  • Translate competitive insights into actionable strategies for differentiation.

Internal Engagement & Communication

  • Partner with HR and Executive teams to energize and align employees through transparent, inspiring internal communications.
  • Support company-wide initiatives with branded campaigns that reflect values and drive cultural engagement.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team rooted in creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Operations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize creativity, efficiency, and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership in brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing execution.
  • Deep experience translating complex ideas into simple, compelling messages and visuals.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner across functions and drive measurable growth

Education And Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience at a fast-growing B2B technology and SaaS company.
  • 10+ years leading senior managers or directors across multiple marketing disciplines, including both field-facing and corporate functions.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills; experienced at aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Corporate leadership
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and influencing and inspiring others to achieve a common goal.
  • Proven track record developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that align with sales goals, brand positioning, and internal engagement.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA highly preferred.
  • Strong technical depth and ability to learn new products and evaluate them in their competitive environment.

  • Passion for storyteller engaging and influencing others to align to a vision, internally and externally. A gift for bringing clarity where there is ambiguity.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and act as a company spokesperson.

Strong executive presence and partnership that will drive cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage up to executives to gain buy-in on strategic vision and marketing plans.

The base pay range for this position is $184,000 - $280,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
