Your Mission

As an Associate Campaign Manager you lead the development of end-to-end execution of Influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on innovation and ROI.

Ensuring seamless communication, timely deliverables, and alignment with client objectives. Additionally, the ACM will handle production and launch communications with talent, ensuring all campaign elements are executed effectively and on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Communications

  • Support AM on weekly external and internal status calls as needed (update status docs, note taking etc)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for talent during campaign execution, overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns

  • Execution

  • Oversee day to day campaign execution (during and post campaign)

  • Manage talent outreach, gathering creative concepts, curating recommendations for client review, drafting individual talent agreements and production

  • Manage talent activation, launch communications and platform authentication

  • Manage seeding product and expenses

  • Update XFN on client feedback

  • QA Content Review: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, FTC compliance and campaign KPIs, and provide feedback for optimization

  • QA Live Content & log into C8 dashboard

  • Monitor campaign budget and delivery margin inclusive of track Creator payment discrepancies

  • Log talent expenses, vendor payments, talent contracts and Salesforce documentation

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and influencer management teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team

Qualifications You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for content quality and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencer campaigns or within an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective advertising and influencer marketing capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking.
