Your Mission
As an Associate Campaign Manager you lead the development of end-to-end execution of Influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on innovation and ROI.
Ensuring seamless communication, timely deliverables, and alignment with client objectives. Additionally, the ACM will handle production and launch communications with talent, ensuring all campaign elements are executed effectively and on schedule.
What You'll Do
Communications
Support AM on weekly external and internal status calls as needed (update status docs, note taking etc)
Act as the primary point of contact for talent during campaign execution, overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns
Execution
Oversee day to day campaign execution (during and post campaign)
Manage talent outreach, gathering creative concepts, curating recommendations for client review, drafting individual talent agreements and production
Manage talent activation, launch communications and platform authentication
Manage seeding product and expenses
Update XFN on client feedback
QA Content Review: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, FTC compliance and campaign KPIs, and provide feedback for optimization
QA Live Content & log into C8 dashboard
Monitor campaign budget and delivery margin inclusive of track Creator payment discrepancies
Log talent expenses, vendor payments, talent contracts and Salesforce documentation
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and influencer management teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
