KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team in the development of innovative and effective visual campaigns and strategies for KPMG
  • Collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure that all visual work aligns with KPMG’s overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee the development and design of all digital and print visual materials, including brand ads, social media content, UI/UX and video to deliver on the creative vision of our brand campaigns
  • Make certain operational processes and overall compliance of organization expectations are achieved relative to creative quality and firm branding
  • Collaborate with a creative community of designers, writers, videographers, and web developers to deliver on the creative vision and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate them into the company's design strategy
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, projects, and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in graphic design, advertising, marketing or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, Figma, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a strong leadership presence exemplified across all levels working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experiences in understanding and upholding brand standards; strong understanding of design principles
