Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Who We Are

  • Builders, not passengers – We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient and resourceful – We find a way forward, even when the answer isn’t obvious.
  • Mission-driven – We believe in what we’re building and are passionate about making an impact.
  • Direct and constructive – Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it in order to grow.

Who We Are Not

  • Performative – We don’t play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
  • Entitled – We don’t expect rewards without contribution.
  • Clock punchers – We don’t attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.

The Role:  We’re looking for an Art Director of Social & Content who can create net new content to bring bold, scroll-stopping creative to life across all brand channels. In this role, you’ll lead the visual expression of ARMRA on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, Facebook, Threads, X, and beyond—turning strategy into storytelling that entertains, educates, and inspires.

You’ll concept and execute seasonal narratives, trend-driven ideas, and innovative content formats that reflect our unique brand POV. From lo-fi phone content to cinematic Reels, you’ll know what earns attention and how to make it unmistakably ours. Reporting into our Design Director of Brand, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Social & Creative Strategy and Brand Art Director to ensure content is not only visually excellent but also laddering up to brand goals.

This role requires a passion for strategic storytelling, a pulse on culture, and the ability to move fast and efficiently to get things done at the speed of culture, without sacrificing excellence. You’re not just fluent in social—you live it. A visual thinker with taste, speed, and obsession for what’s next, you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to ship great work that moves the needle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead concept development for still, video, and graphic content across all social platforms—collaborating with the Social Media Director and Brand Art Director through ongoing brainstorms to develop social-first ideas that align with brand creative direction and drive platform-specific engagement, awareness, and conversion.
  • Own and define ARMRA’s visual identity across all social platforms—ensuring every post is consistent, compelling, and culturally relevant laddering back to brand initiatives.
  • Concept and direct short-form video, still, and motion content across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, Facebook, Threads, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee the production of scroll-stopping creative—from directing shoots to editing footage and enhancing creator or community content with platform-native features.
  • Partner with editors to turn raw footage into polished, social-optimized content (Reels, TikToks, GIFs, carousels, etc.)
  • Brief, collaborate, and manage external creators and influencers to co-create content that feels authentic, on-brand, and highly shareable.
  • Lead the art direction of social campaigns, product drops, and viral activations—infusing visual storytelling into every moment.
  • Build and maintain “social-first” design systems and toolkits for internal and external teams to ensure consistent execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Creative, Content, Influencer, and Community teams to translate big ideas into breakout social moments.
  • Be a key creative partner for the visual expression of offline eventing, helping bring brand campaigns to life IRL and online.
  • Monitor creative workflows and proactively identify areas for process improvement, efficiency, and team alignment.
  • Stay ahead of social and design trends, internet culture, and platform evolutions to keep ARMRA’s content fresh and future-facing.
  • Utilize insights and performance data to inform content direction and continually enhance output. Collaborate with Social Media Director to continuously optimize creative based on content KPIs (shares, saves, click-through, etc.)
  • Elevate influencer and UGC assets through post-production and art direction that makes them unmistakably ARMRA.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A trend-obsessed creative with 7+ years of experience in social-first art direction, design, ideally within DTC, wellness, fashion, beauty, or culture-forward brands.
  • Both agency and startup experience a huge plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for aesthetics, photography, typography, and motion design.
  • Deep understanding of what stops the scroll and sparks shares on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually-led, platform-native content across social platforms
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and digital culture—you instinctively know what will perform well.
  • Experience in directing short-form video campaigns.
  • A hands-on creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams, from marketing to design to influencer relations.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Figma is a plus.
  • You have a compelling portfolio of distinctive work that elevates a brand’s creative and social experience.
  • A creative visionary—people are inspired by and excited to work with you.
  • You operate at an executive level with the ability to both mentor and manage.
  • Extensive knowledge of channel best practices—you never push creative work forward at the expense of business goals.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to clearly and articulately explain your rationale and evoke excitement around your ideas.
  • Understanding of digital, social, PR, experiential, emerging platforms, and the evolving media landscape.
  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
  • Type A. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously—highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
