About You

You are a digitally-fluent, concept-driven creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You're passionate about visual storytelling across platforms-from websites and digital experiences to display ads and social videos-and you're ready to bring fresh creative energy and strategic vision to the table.

You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates not only exceptional design skills but also sharp conceptual thinking and a deep understanding of digital best practices, UX principles, and responsive design. You know how to take an idea and expand it across a variety of mediums with consistency and flair, with a particular emphasis on digital-first execution. You're organized, collaborative, and love transforming strategic input into inspired, user-first creative.

You're a proactive learner, excited about staying current with digital trends, UX principles, and best practices in responsive design. You're comfortable working across web design, UI, animation, and video content, and you know how to ask the right questions to achieve creative success.

About The Job

This is a dream role for an experienced Art Director who thrives at the intersection of digital-first thinking and high-impact brand creativity. You'll lead, inspire, and grow a cross-functional team of strategists, designers, and visual storytellers. You'll be at the helm of developing compelling, strategic campaigns across digital, social, video, experiential, and traditional channels-ensuring brand alignment and client success. With a strong foundation in design and concepting, you'll play a crucial role in setting the creative vision and pushing boundaries while upholding best-in-class standards.

From full websites and UX-forward landing pages to digital display ads, social media campaigns, email designs, brand collateral, and interactive content-you'll be creating visually compelling experiences that deliver results.

What You'll Do

  • Guide art direction, messaging, and project execution across digital, video, social, and traditional media, with a strong emphasis on digital-first campaigns.
  • Oversee concept development, manage timelines, ensure strategic alignment with client goals, and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Conceptualize and design engaging websites, UX-forward landing pages, and responsive web experiences.
  • Design a wide range of assets-from digital display ads, social ads, and motion graphics to brochures, pitch proposals, and print layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers, and Account Teams to elevate brands through sharp typography, composition, color theory, and storytelling.
  • Translate complex ideas and strategic goals into clear, compelling visual executions, always with performance, accessibility, and brand consistency in mind.
  • Present ideas to clients, providing strong in-person and virtual client presentation skills.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices-always looking to level-up and drive innovative, brand-aligned creative solutions.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years professional experience: 3+ in creative/ad agency, and 2+ in creative leadership?
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and web/digital design excellence across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience designing for web, including wireframes, responsive layouts, and UI considerations.
  • Advanced conceptual creative and production skills with a strong understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography.
  • A strategic thinker with strong UX/UI insight.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A passion for storytelling and bringing brands to life across platforms.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and collaborative by nature, able to complete tasks within tight schedules and juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Someone who leads with positivity and thrives on building and evolving creative teams.
  • Knowledge and passion for animation, AI, illustration, and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) are a plus.

Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
