Job Title: Architect-Designer

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500/month (based on experience)

About The Role

A growing interior architecture and design firm is seeking a multi-skilled Architect-Designer to support drafting, space planning, and interior design tasks. This role combines technical precision with creative vision, ideal for someone who thrives in both structured and design-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate test fits using AutoCAD and Bluebeam, ensuring precise layout measurements
• Refine and elevate test fit aesthetics through thoughtful design enhancements
• Review and produce detailed shop drawings
• Design furniture layouts and create full design packages
• Select color schemes, finishes, and fabrics for interior and furniture presentations
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings for client-facing materials
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with remote team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
• Strong design sensibility and space planning capabilities
• Experience in shop drawing production
• Knowledge of furniture design, layout, and presentation packaging
• Skilled in 3D rendering tools such as SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in architecture or interior design
• Familiarity with interior design standards used in U.S. markets
• Chinese language skills (spoken or written) are a plus but not required
