Our client is a company in the LED lighting industry, specializing in media and broadcasting-related applications. They are currently expanding their sales and marketing efforts across North America and beyond.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support their growing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in contributing to various areas of the business including logistics, marketing, invoicing, and social media. Prior experience is helpful but not required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Assist with logistics coordination and scheduling

- Support social media management, including content posting

- Help execute marketing tasks and campaigns

- Create, send, and track invoices

- Maintain and organize internal documents and records

- Provide general administrative and operational support

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Basic administrative or office experience

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets)

- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with logistics, invoicing, or marketing tasks

- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

- Exposure to administrative software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Workspace)

Personality:

- Reliable and detail-oriented

- Eager to learn and adapt

- Proactive and efficient

- Friendly and professional in communication

Software & Tools

- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

- Invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9-5 EST
