The Role
As an Account Manager at Tres.Finance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. You’ll play a key role in understanding their needs, supporting them throughout the onboarding process, and acting as their trusted advisor to maximize value and drive growth.
What You'll Do
Own the post-sales relationship with a portfolio of customers — from onboarding through renewal
Understand each customer’s financial/tax workflows, pain points, and crypto use cases
Serve as a trusted advisor for best practices in data mapping, transaction reconciliation, and tax reporting
Proactively drive adoption and satisfaction through regular check-ins and QBRs
Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers' voices are heard
Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to retention and upsell strategies
Help shape and improve playbooks for onboarding, success metrics, and financial health monitoring
