[1 month Freelance] B2B Operations & Customer Service - English Academy

Responsibilities

• Whatsapp account administrator
• Advised end to end user journey (Onboarding, Class Preparation, In Class, After Class Activity)
• Handle customer complaints
• Collect and manage Customer Relationship Management data
• Do operations activity to support Class Operations
• Create and manage report for pre and post class
• Do user observation, user interview also gather customer insight
• Collaborate with Education Consultant to help Sales activity
• Coordinate with Teacher and Business&Operations to help Class Operations activity
• Communicate with Parents & Students related to all of Learning activity
• Attend weekly company and division meetings
• Participate in team-building and learning activities

Requirements

• At least bachelor in any major
• People (customer) oriented
• Intermediate Ms. Excel skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, observation, analytical, and administration skills
• Have a growth mindset and willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
