Our financial client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Marketing Project Manager to provide part-time support for their marketing and digital production initiatives. This is a crucial contract role, covering a maternity leave, and will primarily focus on supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of their digital platforms, particularly a new consolidated website.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders, including financial advisors, and possess strong task management skills to keep projects moving efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital project nearing launch and to manage its subsequent phases of development.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Task Management:
Manage and track marketing and digital production tasks from request submission through to completion.
Utilize Asana extensively for task assignment, tracking, and workflow management.
Proactively follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Support the project management of Phase 2 functionality for a new consolidated website.
Gather and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders (e.g., business partners, marketing teams) regarding website enhancements and communicate effectively with development and content teams.
Carry forward feedback and requirements for subsequent rounds of website enhancements.
Assist with ongoing website updates, email campaigns, and other digital marketing collateral.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for daily communications with partners via email and phone calls.
Comfortably and professionally communicate with financial advisors and other business stakeholders.
Participate in monthly and quarterly consultation calls, acting as the primary point person (with manager support).
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with marketing, digital, content, and development teams.
Provide general project support to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
