Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Define brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
- Oversee the allocation of marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to create integrated marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and report on campaign success, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive brand relevancy and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably as Head of Marketing or Brand Manager.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
- Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and PR.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow teams in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Highly creative with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the recruitment industry or a B2B environment is preferred.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
