BA Global Talent is partnering with a leading entertainment media client to find a Graphic Designer in Medellin, Colombia. BA is looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and has a passion for editorial and social media design. We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across platforms and deliver visually engaging content for a brand that reaches millions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve static and animated assets for a variety of social platforms including Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  • Create compelling visuals for editorial content and weekly newsletters.
  • Design internal and external decks for pitches, proposals, and brand partnerships.
  • Support branded and sponsored campaigns, working closely with our Partnerships team.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all content, collaborating with the Product Design team.
  • Balance quick-turnaround requests with proactive creative ideation and experimentation.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing social-first and editorial design work.
  • Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience designing and formatting presentation decks (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote).
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific design needs, including multiple aspect ratios.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams and time zones.

Nice to have:

  • Basic animation or motion graphics ability.
  • Experience working with video or motion teams or on multi-deliverable campaigns.
  • Skills in motion graphics or light animation.
  • Background in film/TV brands or entertainment media.
  • Ability to independently pitch and execute visual concepts.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a bonus.

Time Zone: Eastern Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 2 PM - 6 PM ET (Part-Time)
