Graphic Designer – E-Commerce & Web (Remote | Full-Time)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a highly creative and research-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on designing e-commerce product images (Amazon) and web pages (Shopify and WordPress), with a strong emphasis on competitive research, independent thinking, and ownership of design direction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, possess excellent photo manipulation skills, and be capable of crafting high-converting visuals that align with industry best practices and client branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Amazon product images (both main 7 images and A+ content) and web pages that are visually compelling and optimized for performance
• Conduct in-depth design research by analyzing competitor visuals, identifying industry trends, and proposing original design directions
• Take ownership of each project, including creating your own design briefs when only minimal instructions are provided
• Utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software to deliver clean, effective, and engaging graphics
• Apply advanced photo editing and manipulation techniques to enhance product imagery and storytelling
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and branding
• Work with a results-driven mindset, always aiming to improve CTR, conversion rates, and customer experience through design

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, Amazon listing, and web design work
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software
• Strong photo editing and manipulation abilities
• Ability to research competitors and define design direction based on findings — must be proactive and independent
• Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and performance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Commitment to full-time hours with time tracking. Working hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday, your local time
