Tasks

As a Full-Stack Web Developer at Nairon GmbH, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and AI engineers, to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions.

  • Contributing to the evolution of the Nairon Voice Platform, including building reusable components and internal tools.

  • Participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning.

  • Applying DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including the use of Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes.

  • Supporting client projects with custom web application development based on the Nairon stack.

  • Coordinating with the team at the Athens site to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Requirements

Experience:

Any relevant experience in web development is welcome; we are open to both junior, mid-level and senior candidates who demonstrate strong practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Next.js is required.

  • Familiarity with React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with Payload CMS is a strong plus. Other experience with CMS or Database systems is appreciated.

  • Understanding of modern backend development practices; experience with Python and FastAPI is appreciated but not mandatory.

Communication:

  • English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to take ownership of features and contribute to team discussions.
