That’s why we’re on the hunt for Freelance Creatives & Marketing Support Specialists who are ready to contribute to fast-paced projects and help drive results.

THE ROLE

We’re building a shortlist of go-to freelancers for flexible, on-demand projects who can support our team. If you're skilled in design, content creation, or marketing operations and are looking for dynamic, short-term remote opportunities, this is for you.

We’re currently seeking freelancers in the following categories:

  • Graphic Designers – digital ads, banners, web assets, social visuals
  • AI Video Editors – reels, shorts, YouTube content (must be proficient in tools like Descript, Runway, Pika, etc.)
  • Quilters (Sewists) – capable of filming and producing quality video content of their work
  • E-commerce Assistants – product uploads, store setup, Shopify tasks
  • Brand Management Assistants – product search, communication, survey analysis, and admin tasks

This is a fully remote freelance role. Our goal is to maintain a flexible roster of professionals who can be available on short notice, depending on project urgency and scope.

You’ll be contacted when a project arises that matches your skills and your availability.

Responsibilities

  • Step in for short-term, urgent projects on an as-needed basis
  • Deliver high-quality, timely work aligned with Foxelli brands standards
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams
  • Share weekly availability and respond promptly to project requests

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in your field (portfolio required for creative roles)
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a remote setting
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, Canva AI, or similar) and ability to integrate them into creative or marketing workflows
  • Familiarity with digital D2C brands is a plus

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • AI Interview (10 min) AI-Driven Interview Experience.
  • Role-Related Task (if applicable) + DISC Assessment Showcase your skills and working style with a short assignment and personality assessment.
  • Interview with Hiring Manager & HR (30–45 min) Dive deeper into your experience, mindset, and team fit.
  • Reference Check Confirm your background and previous experience.
  • Decision & Feedback We’ll give you timely feedback regardless of the outcome.
  • Pre-Trial Period (2 weeks, paid) Part-time hours to evaluate fit in real-world conditions.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
