The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior executives to provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, facilitate internal and external communications, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This individual must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including taking notes and following up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and calendar tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
