Digital Designer (Remote)

Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour

Are you passionate about creating impactful digital experiences that drive results? We're looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, produce, and manage a wide range of digital marketing media—from landing pages and email templates to eye-catching social media ads.

You'll lead projects from concept through execution, ensuring each design supports a strategic vision while meeting usability and brand standards. Collaborating closely with our digital solutions team and marketing managers, you'll play a key role in aligning visual content with business goals and enhancing our digital marketing strategy through engaging, high-performing design.

Responsibilities:

• Design, produce, and manage a wide range of digital marketing media, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads.
• Execute and guide projects from conception to rollout, ensuring an appropriate design strategy is in place.
• Collaborate closely with the digital solutions group and marketing managers to ensure all designs align with brand and marketing objectives, while also meeting usability and website standards.
• Influence and guide our digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand.
• Transform complex concepts into intuitive, high-performing digital marketing materials.
• Present design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in digital design or a related field (UX, UI, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.).
• OR 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience.

Must Have:

• Scriptwriting: Experience in writing engaging scripts for video content, with an understanding of how to convey messages effectively through text and visuals.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar).

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Creative Skills: A strong creative flair with a keen eye for design, color, typography, and composition.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
