What You’ll Do

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to provide design input and edits as necessary.
Track project revisions and ensure timely, high-quality output.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of BPO customer service experience.
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
1+ year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
Strong communication and organization skills
Client-facing experience and ability to work night shift.
