About the Role:
We are hiring a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Assistant to support our client’s customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing activities. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of email marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM campaigns by segmenting contact lists and maintaining customer data
- Schedule and send email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, bounces) and report findings
- Assist in maintaining clean and accurate CRM databases
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimise engagement
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data security standards are met
- Carry out additional administrative and marketing support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, contact segmentation, and email automation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a marketing or CRM support role is desirable
