About the Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Assistant to support our client’s customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing activities. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of email marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CRM campaigns by segmenting contact lists and maintaining customer data
• Schedule and send email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, bounces) and report findings
• Assist in maintaining clean and accurate CRM databases
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and timing
• A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimise engagement
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data security standards are met
• Carry out additional administrative and marketing support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, contact segmentation, and email automation
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a marketing or CRM support role is desirable
