We're supporting a fast-growing GreenTech company building tools that help businesses reduce emissions, track energy usage, and meet climate goals. Their platform is used by organizations across Europe and is expanding quickly. To support this growth, they’re hiring a Communications Specialist to help shape how the company shares product updates, climate insights, and customer impact stories — across channels and audiences.

You’ll collaborate with product, data, and customer-facing teams to create clear, structured communication that supports adoption, trust, and long-term engagement — all while working in a remote-first, mission-driven environment.

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Write and edit clear product updates, feature explainers, and help articles
  • Contribute to customer-facing newsletters, onboarding content, and case studies
  • Help define tone of voice and messaging across internal and external materials
  • Translate complex climate and data topics into accessible communication
  • Collaborate with product and success teams to surface user stories and feedback

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in content, communication, or product marketing roles
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, sustainability, or climate-focused context is a plus
  • Fluent in English and based in the EMEA region
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, and async collaboration setups

🌍 Work Setup

This is a fully remote position. You’ll be hired directly by the GreenTech company and onboarded virtually. Payroll may be managed through a local partner depending on your location. Optionally, co-working access is available in select cities – mainly in Europe.
