We’re hiring an Account Executive (LATAM) to help drive enrollment for one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. In this mid-level, full-cycle sales role, you’ll guide qualified leads through the enrollment journey—helping individuals unlock career opportunities through life-changing education.

🗓 Your Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 1PM – 8PM EST
  • Saturday: 9AM – 3PM EST

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with interested prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and tailor value-driven pitches
  • Handle objections, build rapport, and move candidates through the sales funnel
  • Assist leadership with follow-ups and closing conversations
  • Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales messaging, targeting, and workflows

✅ What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency is a plus)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple conversations
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment during EST hours
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
