Summary:
We seek a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing our digital products' user experience and user interface. This role requires expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end design principles to create engaging and visually appealing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in design language, color schemes, typography, and branding across all digital products.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best UX/UI design practices.
- Utilize design tools such as Figma to create high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain a design system to streamline development and improve user experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better developer collaboration.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design principles.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and user analytics tools.
- Understand front-end frameworks and how designs integrate with development processes.
