Salary: 45,000- 55,000 PHP/ month
The Web Developer will oversee and assist the development team in designing and building websites’ front-end and back-end development, including the implementation of new and updated software programs, themes, and plugins.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects
- Conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems
- Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics
- Designing and building the website's front-end and database and server integration
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins
- Conducting website performance tests
- Troubleshooting content issues
- Monitoring the performance of the live website
Minimum Qualifications:
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to build online stores, and dynamic websites using the Wordpress platform and Divi Theme and launch responsive websites visually
- Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working Wordpress pages/posts
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Experience working in Wordpress, plugins, themes, & creating pages/posts.
- Design high-quality vector graphics and visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software
- Create visually engaging newsletter campaigns using Mailchimp or equivalent tools
- Design website mockups using tools like Adobe XD or similar platforms
- Experience creating presentations using Google Slides is a must.
- Responsive Web Design skill is a must
- Knowledge using Divi Theme is a plus
- Exceptional skill using Canva is plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and other coding languages.
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari Inspector.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development, website architecture, and aesthetics.
