We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to take ownership of Mews.com, a critical engine for our business growth. Sitting in the go-to-market organization, this is a hands-on, high-impact role that will transform our web presence into a modern, performant, and conversion-optimized platform worthy of a category leader.

You’ll operate across the full-stack, building and optimizing Mews.com while collaborating closely with marketers, designers, and analytics stakeholders. You’ll own the platform architecture and implementation across front- and back- end systems serving as the go-to engineering partner within the marketing function.

This role is ideal for a self-starting, senior-level developer who still loves writing clean, maintainable code, but also thinks in terms of scalability, security, performance, and business outcomes.   • :Own the end-to-end development of Mews.com ensuring speed, reliability, and technical excellence across all touchpoints
  • .Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end applications and manage backend logic where needed
  • .Collaborate with marketers, designers, and content creators to rapidly build and optimize pages, components, and user journeys
  • .Configure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and set up automated testing, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and logging
  • .Implement and maintain CMS integrations, marketing automation tools, web analytics, localization frameworks, and SEO foundations
  • .Drive technical decisions related to website architecture, performance, A/B testing infrastructure, accessibility, and data privacy compliance
  • .Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, UX issues, or inefficiencies in the website codebase, and implement high-leverage improvements
  • .Serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor on web technologies within the marketing team, bringing best practices from engineering into the commercial org
