About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Developer Intern to join our on-site team in Gurugram. This full-time internship offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain real-world experience by working on live projects involving website development, maintenance, and optimization. As an intern, you’ll work alongside our design and content teams to deliver polished, user-friendly digital experiences for our clients.

This is a hands-on internship for individuals passionate about web development and ready to contribute to production-ready work. It is also a pathway to a potential full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.

Support plugin installations, performance optimizations, and cross-browser compatibility testing.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement interactive and responsive website features.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to layout, functionality, and user experience.

Contribute to the integration of websites into broader digital marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on emerging web technologies, SEO-friendly development practices, and UI/UX standards.

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with WordPress and responsive design principles.

Eagerness to learn and apply SEO-friendly coding practices.

Good time management and communication skills.

Ability to take feedback positively and iterate on work efficiently.

Must be available to work full-time on-site at our Gurugram office (Udyog Vihar Phase 5).

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to tools like Git, Chrome DevTools, and browser testing platforms.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital accessibility standards.

Previous internship or freelance experience in web development is a plus.
