Genuine School is a K-12 online school founded as a startup, with over 500 students from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico—and growing every day. If you are a Web designer passionate about technology, innovation, and education, Genuine School is looking for you! 

You're our perfect candidate IF: 

  • You hold a degree in Graphic Design. 
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (C1); Portuguese is a strong plus. 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in design roles, preferably in fast-paced, creative environments. 
  • You have strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
  • You are experienced in using Figma for web design and collaboration. 
  • You are familiar with Sketch, and working with Google Suite is a plus. 
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needed. 
  • You have a creative mindset and are passionate about educational innovation and meaningful design. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain the main website and landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and a strong user experience. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver impactful visual content across social media, paid media, and internal publications. 
  • Supervise and provide design direction for other visual content within the brand. 
  • Create and manage a library of graphic assets in different languages to support fast-moving campaigns. 
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our branding guidelines, maintaining visual coherence and innovation. 
  • Stay open and flexible to new responsibilities and evolving needs in a highly dynamic digital environment.
