Web & Motion Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Web & Motion Designer to join our product team. This person should excel primarily in web design and motion graphics while progressively developing their UX/UI skills. The main focus will be on creating attractive, dynamic, and functional digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive, and aesthetically appealing web interfaces.
  • Create high-quality animations and motion graphics to enhance user experiences (using tools like After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar).
  • Participate in collaborative design sessions with developers and stakeholders.
  • Apply basic user-centered design principles, usability standards, and product thinking (with openness to strengthen UX skills over time).
  • Build rapid prototypes to validate design concepts.
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered design tools (such as Uizard, Galileo AI, Midjourney, among others).
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment, effectively managing changes and shifting priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in web design and motion graphics.
  • Intermediate knowledge of UX/UI (being an expert is not required; willingness to learn and grow is highly valued).
  • Advanced proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving tech teams with evolving requirements.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in tech product teams.
