About The Role
This isn’t just a video editing job—it’s a chance to turn bold ideas into content that drives real results. We build fast, creative, performance-driven content machines for growing brands, and we’re looking for a Video Editor & Creative Designer who can deliver high-impact videos with speed, taste, and precision.
Who You Are
- You’ve got 3+ years of experience editing video for marketing or business.
- You know how to turn a basic script into a polished, scroll-stopping video.
- You can deliver 1 video per day (30 sec to 3 min) without sacrificing quality.
- You think instory, sound, and visuals—music, pace, energy, and emotion all matter.
- You collaborate well, take feedback seriously, and push the creative further.
- You can adapt toany brand or industry—from SaaS to real estate to eCommerce.
What You’ll Do
- Turn scripts into engaging videos usingstock footage, licensed assets, AI tools, and voiceovers.
- Use AI voice tools or recorded audio to build tight, synced voiceover layers.
- Match design and editing style to each brand’s tone, pace, and story.
- Choose the right music to elevate the emotion and effectiveness of each piece.
- Meet tight deadlines without compromising creativity.
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g. podcasts) into short, social-ready video clips.
Your Toolkit
- Editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Motion Graphics: After Effects, Adobe Animate
- Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- AI Tools: Pictory, Runway, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs
- Storyboarding: Canva, Boords, Adobe Storyboard
- Stock Platforms: Pexels, Unsplash, Storyblocks, Artgrid, Envato
- Audio Editing: Adobe Audition, Descript, iZotope RX
- Bonus Tools: CapCut, Lumen5, or similar for fast-cut shorts
Logistics
- Remote position – work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
- Flexible hours – must have some overlap with CST (Central Standard Time)
- Fast-turnaround environment – not a slow-paced agency
- Competitive compensation based on experience
Bonus Points If You...
- Can animate transitions or type effects in After Effects
- Have experience repurposing webinars or podcasts into video content
- Know how to manage your work in Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
