Job Title: Vice President, Marketing
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Vice President, Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive impactful, client-centric value creation. This executive will work closely with the President and lead all aspects of our marketing strategy, from market events and client engagement to demand creation and brand recognition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in healthcare technology marketing, AI-driven engagement strategies, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will oversee multiple marketing functions including Marcom, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing, aligning all activities with the company’s vision of putting clients first. Your success will be measured by how effectively we can engage our clients, drive new demand, and elevate our market position through strategic, value-driven marketing initiatives leveraging AI and data-driven insights.
Essential Functions
Client Engagement & Value Creation:
- Develop and execute strategies that drive value for clients and partners, ensuring that marketing activities directly contribute to business growth and satisfaction.
- Foster deep relationships with key clients to understand their challenges and ensure our marketing initiatives are tailored to address their specific needs.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and personalization tools to enhance customer insights, improve engagement strategies, and refine messaging.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional teams to help inform product development, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Demand Creation & Market Positioning
- Drive demand generation strategies and lead initiatives that increase lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer experience teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Implement and oversee in-market events, campaigns, and programs that elevate brand presence, educate clients, and generate leads.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing automation and predictive analytics to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
Brand Creation & Recognition
- Champion and evolve the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints to strengthen brand recognition and resonance with target audiences.
- Develop and implement a brand storytelling strategy that resonates with target audiences across RevSpring’s strategic areas of focus, fostering emotional connections, driving brand affinity, and building long-term loyalty.
- Integrate AI-generated insights to refine content strategy and messaging for maximum impact.
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals across Marcom, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
- Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment focused on innovation and achieving measurable results.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members to maximize their potential.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Work closely with the President and executive team to define and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Lead the development of the company’s value proposition, ensuring that all marketing and client communications reinforce our position as a client-first organization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
- Maximize marketing impact by strategically allocating resources and creatively leveraging cost-effective solutions.
- Build and lead a cohesive marketing team comprised of diverse experience levels, fostering a collaborative environment where all members can learn, grow, and contribute their unique strengths in alignment, and understand how their contributions impact the success of the organization.
Metrics & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives.
- Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Use AI-powered analytics tools to gain deeper insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve efficiency through AI-driven automation and real-time adjustments.
Minimum Requirements
Specific Job Skills:
- Deep understanding of client engagement marketing, demand creation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience leading and scaling a diverse marketing team across various functions including Marcom, Creative, Product Marketing, and Brand.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape and the unique challenges of marketing to healthcare providers and institutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing automation, personalization tools, and predictive analytics to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Proven success in developing and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.
Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record in the healthcare technology industry.
