UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how users experience our digital products—from user research and wireframes to stunning final interfaces.

As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences that delight users and drive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex concepts and user needs into clean, scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended experience.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Iterate quickly on feedback and data to improve designs and user flows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects (please include with application).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear visuals and experiences with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Motion design and animation skills.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
