We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) with strong practical skills in Figma and a proven ability to turn design briefs into high-quality screens and interactive prototypes. We are currently working on a iOS mobile App in the Data, Social Media & AI space. This role is execution-focused, with the primary responsibility being the accurate and timely delivery of designed screens and prototypes based on clear product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver complete, pixel-perfect screen designs aligned with the product manager’s design briefs.
  • Interpret and clarify design specifications and translate them into functional layouts and user interfaces.
  • Create and manage Figma-based prototypes and click dummies for development handoff and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with product manager to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from PMs and internal reviews.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing digital products, not just websites.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality UI designs from a defined brief. Please attach a portfolio with your application.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping features.
  • Experience with prototyping tools to create click dummies or interactive user flows.

Key Skills

  • Strong visual design sensibility with a focus on user-friendly layouts, typography, and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver designs on time, and adapt to feedback quickly.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and visual hierarchies.
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates screen designs for mobile and web apps.
  • Attention to detail and ability to match visual standards and design systems.

Tools You’ll Use

  • Figma (mandatory)
  • Prototyping tools (e.g., Figma’s built-in prototyping, UsabilityHub)
  • Collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro)

Nice-to-Haves (not Required)

  • German Language for designs
  • Exposure to working with PMs during early product development implementation.
