We are currently looking for a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for Mokkup.ai — our in-house wireframing platform that empowers users to build visually compelling dashboards through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. In this role, you will oversee the entire design process, mentor junior designers, and ensure our products deliver outstanding user experiences.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

  1. Design Expertise: Proven experience of 3+ years in design software, including Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic and wireframing tools.
  2. Comprehensive Knowledge: Extensive experience in UI design, typography, color theory, UX design, prototyping, wireframing, mockups, user research, and UX writing.
  3. User Experience Leadership: Design optimal user experiences while creating detailed specifications for target UI technologies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management to understand use cases, define workflows and storyboards, and translate them into concrete screen flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
  5. Mentorship and Ownership: Lead product brainstorming sessions, user research initiatives, and design discussions, actively mentoring junior team members.
  6. Creative Solutions: Develop innovative web and mobile designs for e-commerce platforms, iOS and Android apps, and social media interfaces.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain a Graphic Design Document, Style Guide, and various design templates.

  1. Must understand brand identity and style guide design experience
  2. Consistent ability to apply a brand’s style and interaction patterns
  3. Passion for solving visual design problems and the ability to show different solutions
  4. Ability to work in an Agile development environment and communicate your ideas to engineers and stakeholders
  5. Thinks both tactically and strategically, and has high levels of self-direction, innovation, and imagination.
  6. Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  7. Self Starter and Ability to Work Independently in a Fast Growing Startup Environment.
  8. Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.
  9. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  10. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
