UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our compact yet impactful team, and make a significant difference in improving our platform's user-friendliness and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, efficient, and accessible user interfaces for our various platforms
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design vision is accurately implemented
• Plan and conduct user research and testing to guide design improvements
• Ensure consistent design and user experience across all platforms and devices
• Stay current with UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our product
• Partner with marketing team on brand consistency across all user touch-points

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design thinking
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile interfaces
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain design decisions
• Collaborative mindset and ability to incorporate feedback effectively

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with fundraising or event management software
• Background in design systems creation and maintenance
