Role Overview:

A well-funded AI research company is looking for candidates with strong Education knowledge.

What does day-to-day look like?

You would help improve AI-generated educational content, lesson plans, and assessments across various subjects and learning methodologies. Your role involves reviewing content for accuracy, age-appropriateness, and pedagogical effectiveness.

Example roles include:

  • Lesson Plan Task: Review AI-generated lesson plans and suggest modifications based on modern teaching methods (e.g., inquiry-based learning).
  • Assessment Task: Evaluate AI-generated multiple-choice questions and refine them for better cognitive skill development.
  • Education Task: Assess AI-generated recommendations for differentiated instruction strategies for neurodiverse learners.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with educational psychology and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Instructional Design.
  • Experience as a teacher, curriculum designer, or education consultant.
  • Familiarity with edtech tools or AI-driven learning platforms.
