About Solar on steroids:

We put Solar & Renewables businesses on steroids. We're Meta Ads specialists who focus exclusively on the results we deliver to our clients on a monthly basis.

Our turnover has rocketed 2,000% in 5 months with no signs of slowing down.

Not to mention, we haven't had a client sign on and stop working with us since we started in May 2023.

Role summary:

We need a graphic designer who can produce high-converting creative that performs across Meta Ads, client content, and internal campaigns.

You’ll work within Canva and Figma to turn briefs into assets that stop the scroll and drive real-world results.

This isn’t a branding role.

It’s about effectiveness, clarity, and consistency — all executed fast and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Create paid ad creatives that drive performance across Meta (image-based primarily)
  • Other adhoc design contributions
  • Take ownership of visual asset libraries and templates
  • Work with the Creative Lead to iterate and refine based on ad performance
  • Maintain visual consistency across each account and format, with a focus on finding efficiencies with templates etc

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with Canva (required) and Figma (preferred)
  • Experience designing performance-focused assets (ads, landing page visuals, etc.)
  • Ability to follow creative briefs and deliver quickly
  • Solid understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and movement in static graphics
  • Obsessed with consistency, visual clarity, and on-brand design
  • Not afraid to work fast without losing quality

Tools you'll use:

  • Canva (primary)
  • Figma
  • Google Drive
  • Airtable for organisation
  • Slack for communication

Who are we looking for?

  • You work fast and don’t miss the details
  • You’d rather build something that converts than win a design award
  • You want to see the real-time impact of your work on client performance
  • You take pride in execution and ownership of your output

Compensation:

  • Pay per image (£TBD based on experience)
  • Potential for fixed salary based on initial performance
